Clean ingredients and full flavor is the name of the game in this culinary experience.

In this hands-on class with Chef V, you will learn how to prepare a four-course paleo dinner menu that is free of gluten, grains, dairy and refined sugar, and pushes organic, grass-fed lamb and fresh herbs center stage.

After beginning with a warm Caesar salad with roasted peppers, Chef V will teach you how to properly prepare restaurant-worthy herb-crusted lamb lollipops. You can also look forward to learning how to caramelize onions for your mashed cauliflower as well as how to make classic Italian pizzelle to finish the meal for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
