Cooking Class - A Song of Spice and Fire

What You'll Do

Bring your appetite for a special culinary experience featuring a menu worthy of seven — or even eight — kingdoms.

Join us in the castle (and the kitchen) to learn dishes inspired by your favorite knights, queens and dragons behind HBO's hit series Game of Thrones. Which one of these dishes will take the crown?

First, learn to create colorful, marbled Deviled Dragon Eggs that are filled with fire-y chipotle and Sriracha. Then, continue a Song of Spice and Fire with spicy roasted turkey legs and smoky roasted potatoes. Finally, create a lovely layered strawberry shortcake fit for any Lord or Lady.

Guests are welcome to bring wine, mead or ale to enjoy during the class.

Antipasti and Steak! She was amazing- I highly recommend Chef Latisha. We received a gift card for Christmas and used it this week for my birthday. I finally learned how to properly sear a steak and how to make a dutch baby. Her home was very clean, homely and inviting. My husband and I felt right at home and welcomed.

Chef Tish was absolutely amazing!!! She was very knowledgeable, dishes were superb and her upbeat spunky personality made the class very enjoyable! She was very patient and took extra time to explain each step. We loved the steak, bearnaise sauce, anti pasta dutch baby, potatoes and dessert! She also washed her hands frequently and the place was very clean!
