In this hands-on class with Chef Malik, you will learn how to prepare a hearty four-course menu filled with comfort food favorites that will transport your taste buds straight to the South and feed you in both body and soul.

Some of the recipes you can look forward to mastering in this class include catfish nuggets that are a true Southern treat, smothered pork chops in a brown onion gravy of the highest order, and a creamy sweet potato pie with subtle spices and a heavy dose of vanilla.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Malik made our Valentine's Day an enjoyable experience. He was happy to answer any questions and taught us a few tricks. We made some really good gravy, succulent pork chops, and super yummy sweet potato pie!
