Meet your chef
Born and raised in Thailand, Chef Khanita learned to cook by helping her mother when she was young. She moved to the U.S. in 1995 and has learned to be resourceful and adapt ingredients found locally to recreate authentic Thai dishes. Chef Khanita also visits Thailand twice a year, which helps her stay true to her roots in the kitchen and keep up with emerging cooking styles and innovative dishes Thai chefs are cooking up.
