In this hands-on class with Chef Khanita, you will learn the nuances and distinctions between three of Thailand's most popular curry pastes and some of the best ways to utilize them to recreate authentic Thai curries at home.

Chef Khanita will begin the class by sharing with you the secrets to perfecting a sweet and spicy green curry, a vibrant and savory red curry, and the elusive massaman curry. The meal will be bookended by palate-cooling salads and sweet pearl in coconut milk — also known as boa loy — for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Khanita also visits Thailand twice a year, which helps her stay true to her roots in the kitchen and keep up with emerging cooking styles and innovative dishes Thai chefs are cooking up.

Chef Khanita's food is rich in flavor and vibrant in colors. I really enjoyed cooking with Chef Khanita! She is warm and welcoming I enjoyed learning about exotic ingredients and savoring amazing flavors. I am now in love with Thai cuisine thanks to Chef Khanita!
