Join Chef Soren for a contemporary culinary adventure! You will take classic dishes and modernize them into flavorsome and beautiful plates. While utilizing old-world cooking styles, you will learn how to blend the traditional with the new, so that you have a masterpiece that is divine. New American cuisine is about flavor as well as presentation, and you will learn new tricks to plating a dish so that it looks award worthy. Sophistication is on the menu just waiting for you!

Chef Soren was awesome! We had a double date night and couldn't have asked for a better time! The menu we cooked was "A Twist on American Classics" and the food was absolutely incredible! Great atmosphere and space, awesome music, thorough instruction, clean environment.. just a wonderful evening!! Will definitely book again, highly recommend!

A truly fantastic experience! From the moment you enter the large wooden doors, you feel transported from the real world. Chef Soren greets you with a smile and welcomes you into an amazing space that he calls home, but feels more like a hip, exclusive restaurant somewhere in Coppenhaugen. Chef Soren is a world class chef but he was also a very patient, informative, and funny instructor. I would highly recommend any of his classes!

Understanding the importance of local and seasonal ingredients, the chef enjoys making dishes that are fresh and healthy. Now in Houston, Chef Soren shares his culinary adventure though his television show, and showcases his passion about using local products to create simple and delicious meals.
