In this hands-on class with Chef Rosemary, you will learn the methods of canning, pickling, and preserving as well as recipes for a handful of dishes to showcase your newly canned goods!
First, you will learn how to make and preserve a bright berry jam you'll come to find is divine spooned atop angel biscuits that taste like they were sent right from heaven to your plate. Then, you'll learn how to put up a colorful giardiniera, and a zingy tomato basil sauce that provides a year-round taste of absolutely fresh flavors.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
