In this hands-on class with Chef Thomas, you will learn how to prepare a handful of authentic Italian recipes completely from scratch that honor the old world traditions of Italian cuisine.
From an old world lasagna that's out-of-this-world delicious to a batch of homemade "secret's in the sugo" pasta sauce to an elegant and velvety veal a la marsala, each and every one of the recipes you will learn how to prepare in this class with Chef Thomas are deeply rooted in the Italian culture and cherished for their authentic origins.

Chef Thom was so warm and personable! He is a wonderful cook and made the recipes accessible for an average joe to replicate. His veal Marsala was delicious, tender and perfectly seasoned. He also knew my boyfriend was really interested in cooking so he gave him a ton of tips. On top of good food and cooking knowledge, chef Tom was such a pleasure to get to know. Fantastic company!

We enjoyed the whole experience. Chef Thomas let us participate in all aspects - preparation, tasting, cooking, (best part) eating. We are definitely going to do this again.
