Cooking Class - Mexican Street Tacos

Learn how to recreate the quintessential Mexican culinary fare completely from scratch with Chef Luke!

In this hands-on class with Chef Luke, you will learn how to prepare two authentically rustic yet gourmet Mexican street tacos entirely from scratch!

You will begin by forming the foundation of your Mexican street tacos by learning how to prepare chewy, savory, crispy-edged homemade corn tortillas using only two ingredients: masa harina and water. Then, Chef Luke will teach you how to prepare an array of intensely flavored fillings, such as melt-in-your-mouth shreds of pork carnitas, pickled red onions, succulent grilled tilapia, and smoky tomato salsa.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Cooking with Chef Luke was an absolute blast! My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed learning from Chef Luke. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable. Through his explanations, we understood why we were doing what we were doing which gives us more confidence in taking these skills home with us to do again.
