Cooking Class - Italian Risotto Techniques
In this hands-on class with Chef Samantha, you will learn the skills and techniques needed to prepare a three-course Italian dinner that any Nonna would certainly be proud of.
You will begin by building an antipasto salad dotted with the delicate sweetness and light buttery flavor of bocconcini. For the main event, Chef Samantha will teach you how to enhance the already succulent flavor of lobster meat as you fold it into an exceptionally rich and creamy risotto. To end the evening, you'll fire up the crème brûlée torch!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
