Chef Donna has been in the hospitality industry for nearly 30 years holding several positions from line cook to sous chef to executive chef, and now an acclaimed pastry chef. After working under a renowned pastry chef for five years, Chef Donna is now the lead pastry chef at an iconic South Florida hotel. She has been recognized as “one to watch” as she continues to take her mastery of pastry to the next level.
