In this hands-on sushi-making experience, you will learn everything you need to know, from purchasing the proper ingredients to making classic sushi rice to getting the roll just right, and more! It will be a flavorsome sushi adventure. You will even get to go home with your very own bamboo rolling mat and rice paddle to continue your sushi-making journey in your own kitchen.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Emily is a knowledgable fun and patient chef who clearly enjoys sharing her passion for cooking with others. I learned so much from her class and the food was incredible! I can't wait to try out some of these same dishes at home and impress my friends and family.

What a great experience and great fun for a date night. Chef Emily was an amazing host and teacher for the New England Coastal Cuisine class. It was all hands on and you get to eat what you prepare! My boyfriend and I both loved it and will definitely do it again.

For Christmas, I gave a coupon to my mom and stepdad for Chef Emily's vegan cooking class and did they absolutely enjoy it!!! My mom and stepdad are slowly going vegan/incorporating vegan meals during their week and said that Chef Emily was so insightful, energetic, and fun to learn from. It's been over 2 weeks since they've taken the class and I'm still hearing stories and techniques they learned from the class. They said it was easy to follow along and people at all levels of cooking would enjoy!

After earning a B.B.A. and spending several years in the corporate world, Chef Emily decided to follow her passion and pursue her culinary dreams. She quickly dove into busy commercial kitchens and turned her passion into a profession. Chef Emily is now a lauded culinary instructor, private chef, and also launched a program at a local nonprofit to help families and children develop a healthy relationship with food.
