In this hands-on class with Chef Kristen, you'll learn how to prepare a hearty vegetarian meal that has magical abilities to convert any vegetable skeptic in your life.
You will begin by learning how to make pecan meatless patties that hold up great, are anything but bland, and are the perfect canvas for a savory tomato-herb sauce. You will then discover how fluffy rice and green bean pilaf, and roasted garlic broccolini and yellow squash side dishes come together to make for perfect plate mates with your pecan patties!
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
