In this hands-on class with Chef Joe, you'll have the incredible opportunity to journey through three Asian countries and discover the exotic and familiar flavors and ingredients of each one.
You will begin your journey in Japan as you learn how to prepare a traditional miso soup. Then, you will hop over to Vietnam to learn how to make fresh shrimp spring rolls with a peanut dipping sauce. Before dessert, you'll make one final stop in China and learn how to build layers of flavor in a chicken vegetable stir fry.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
