Cooking Class - Journey Through Asia

Join Chef Joe on tour through the beautifully delicious cuisines of Japan, Vietnam and China.

In this hands-on class with Chef Joe, you'll have the incredible opportunity to journey through three Asian countries and discover the exotic and familiar flavors and ingredients of each one.

You will begin your journey in Japan as you learn how to prepare a traditional miso soup. Then, you will hop over to Vietnam to learn how to make fresh shrimp spring rolls with a peanut dipping sauce. Before dessert, you'll make one final stop in China and learn how to build layers of flavor in a chicken vegetable stir fry.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I had such a great time with Chef Joe. All of the food was delicious! My favorite was the Goat Cheese Ravioli that was packed with flavor. I can't wait to make this at home!

Chef Joe’s extensive experience has provided him with knowledge of a variety of cuisines, including modern French and traditional Italian, as well as impressive plating techniques. When he's not teaching, Chef Joe can be found working as the sous chef in an award-winning Denver restaurant kitchen.
