In this hands-on class with Chef Christian, you will learn some of the more advanced sushi techniques and recipes to create stunning, colorful, and utterly delicious sushi in your own kitchen.
Some of the techniques you will be learning include how to slice paper-thin cucumbers for kani su with crab, avocado and massago, as well as how to take a simple California roll and transform it into a beautiful eye-catching rainbow roll. Plus, you will learn how to create a volcano roll that will explode with flavor and flair!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
