In this hands-on class with Chef Jessie, you will learn how to utilize the abundance of fresh produce and fresh fruits of the sea to artfully navigate through three bright Californian coastal recipes.
You will begin by learning how to take simple avocado toast to the next level with the addition of exotic ingredients. For your entree, you will learn how to sear fresh albacore tuna to perfection to be served with a rich and tangy tarragon crème fraîche. Finally, you will end with a refreshing dessert showcasing seasonal fruits.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
