Cooking Class - French Italian Fusion

Discover what happens when you fuse two of the most renowned cuisines: French and Italian.

In this hands-on class with Chef Scutt, you will learn to how to artfully fuse French and Italian cuisines as you prepare an impressive three-course menu that also ties in the rustic and elegant elements of each cuisine.

You will begin by learning how to beautifully arrange a richly flavored ratatouille tart, which makes an excellent centerpiece for a vegetarian lunch or dinner. For the main course, you will enjoy a simple, yet satisfying bright and lemony pasta primavera. And for dessert, homemade bread pudding with lemon ice cream.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
