Cooking Class - Short Ribs Three Ways
In this hands-on class with Chef Cindy and David, you will learn how to make meltingly tender, falling-off-the-bone short ribs and three different ways to enjoy them.
You will begin by learning how to properly braise short ribs that will always reward you with soft, tender hunks of rich meat on the bone. When your short ribs are ready, you will then learn three different ways to use the meat, including the traditional method served over a bed of deliciously creamy polenta, and a non-traditional method involving pot stickers.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
