WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn how to master the French macaron as well as chocolate truffles with Chef Laurent.
In this hands-on class with Chef Laurent, you will learn the both the art and the science of making the classic French macaron and creamy chocolate truffles completely from scratch!

While chocolate truffles are one of the simplest moments of bliss you can create in your kitchen, French macarons are notoriously tricky to make. But with Chef Laurent's guidance, you be making perfect macarons in no time whilst also discovering that these little Parisian delicacies — showcasing melt-in-your-mouth, light-as-air goodness and range of colors and flavors — are definitely worth the effort.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
