In this hands-on class, Chef Djeff will teach you everything you need to know to prepare an incredibly unique three-course menu that seamlessly stitches together French and Caribbean cuisine.
You'll begin by searing scallops served with corn purée, beet vinaigrette, and wasabi gremolata before diving into the making of the entrée. For the main course, you'll expertly prepare fish of the day alongside creamy corn risotto and tomato chutney. And for dessert, whip up coconut rum flan topped with mango-strawberry salsa and crumbled gingersnap cookies.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
