Chef Michael is an inventive food-lover with a soft spot for pork. His classes are fun and educational for home chefs of every experience level.
Basting is a consummate art, and simply dabbling in different sauces cannot offer the expertise that Chef Michael can. His gregarious presence makes this class on basting pork chops both engaging and educational. You'll begin the class with a crunchy strawberry, goat cheese and toasted walnuts salad, and end on a sweet note with creamy crème brûlée.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Michael did a great job explaining his process for creating the dishes, and made sure I knew every step along the way to creating the finished meals. His food was delicious, the presentations were fantastic, and I had a wonderful time tasting everything when it was finished. He really helped take some of the intimidation away from constructing these beautiful dishes.

I got one on one instruction and felt comfortable asking questions. The chef took the time to answer any silly question that came to mind and made sure to keep both me and my friend safe in the kitchen. I actually cooked something delicious!! Thank you chef !!
