While Southern comfort cuisine is rich in tradition, it's also rich in calories. In this hands-on class, Chef Staci proves that you don't have to abandon your healthy eating habits when you're craving some Southern comfort.
You will learn how to build a traditional four-course Southern comfort feast with a healthy twist. You will begin by perfecting classic deviled eggs and then learning two new ways to make them. You can also look forward to making braised mixed greens you will actually crave, and sweet potatoes with brown sugar and pecans.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
