Combine the elements of unique, exotic Asian cuisine with the elegance of refined Italian cuisine.

In this hands-on class with Chef Andy, you will learn how to fuse Asian and Italian cuisine as you build a three-course menu from scratch with high-quality ingredients and modern techniques.

Although Asian and Italian food may not seem entirely compatible at first, Chef Andy will show that they share a lot of common elements as you begin crafting your feast. Most notably, both cuisines place a heavy emphasis on seasonality and simplicity that will serve as the springboard for a remarkable and unforgettable Asian Italian culinary experience.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Andy's class on potstickers and roast duck was really fun! He showed us how to make the dough and roll it out for the potstickers which I had never seen before and I am excited to try again. The roast duck was delicious and the chef showed us a couple of ways it can be prepared, I particularly liked the wrap! They definitely have a different style but the kitchen was perfect for teaching, everyone could sit around the island and see exactly what he was demonstrating. Be prepared to take notes, you will want to remember everything here!
