The Pasta Artisans bring a lifelong Italian family tradition to hands-on pasta making in Indianapolis. Since launching their teaching program in 2023, the team has led more than 500 classes, sharing the craft of fresh pasta with guests of all skill levels. Their expertise ranges from classic pasta dough to stuffed, colored and herb-infused varieties, with an emphasis on traditional techniques and quality ingredients. Led by experienced pasta makers and culinary instructors, each class offers an approachable introduction to mixing, kneading and shaping pasta from scratch while building skills guests can confidently use at home.

My husband and I found Angelo's by chance walking downtown in Zionsville. What a find! We signed up for a pasta making class which was awesome: fun, engaging and a great night out. We are now regular customers of Angelo's. The quality of their products is excellent. We typically buy the ricotta cheese (second to none!), burrata, mozzarella balls, parmesan, canned tomatoes, as well as unique items that are hard to find elsewhere. I also buy their eggs which are from a local farm. We are active home cooks and I love shopping in this friendly, personal store. If I could do all my grocery shopping at this type of store I would!

The best fresh made pasta, sauce, and more! So thankful Angelo’s has come to Zionsville, will be a staple of the community! Highly recommend pasta making class for a great date night or gift for friends and family!
