We made a California sushi roll and handheld shrimp roll. It was informative and fun. We learned a lot to be able to make it on our own.

We made california roll (sushi) and temaki. It would have been nice to cut the cucumber ourselves or receive recipe instructions at the end.

I reached out to this instructor to see if I can refund or reschedule a class because one of our guests was admitted to the hospital. I got no response what so ever. That’s $375 down the drain!
