Potstickers. I don't think we learned anything. The instructions were all given at the beginning of the class instead of along the way. She didn't seem to know how to use the induction burner we were using which made it so ours got burnt. She made a sauce that she didn't really tell us about and it was super oily. Overall, the class had too many people, the space was too loud, and not much real cooking actually happened.

Kathleen is delightful while still professional and communicates at a level everyone understands. She made the class fun and interesting, all while we made and then enjoyed eating our California rolls
