We did the Italian class with our 13 year old for her birthday and it was so much fun and absolutely delicious! Erin brings everything you need and makes it easy for you to prepare an awesome feast! Would highly recommend. Thank you!

Italian dinner! Amazing! We had so much FUN learning from Erin! She is personable, a true expert in her craft and delivered an unforgettable experience! She tailored the recipe to our liking and I cannot get over the outcome! Delicious! (We chose the Italian experience, which we learned is her most popular option) Plus we had a good time in the kitchen to boot. We have made a new friend in Erin! We cannot recommend Erin enough! We look forward to taking another one of her classes. Thank you Erin!

This was a really fun date night at home. We made SO MUCH food and definitely felt this experience incredibly valuable. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys or wants to enjoy cooking. Thank you Erin for a really fun and enjoyable experience

We prepared with Chef Erin's guidance the terrific Holiday Feast meal! I would definitely recommend the Cozymeal service. Erin was nice enough to drive at night through a hilly winding area on Christmas Eve. She is very knowledgable about cooking, trends in food prep and did it all with a great sense of humor! We had a blast and were very well fed.

Chef Erin was lovely. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind. And the food was delicious!!! It can’t be easy to go teach a cooking class in the home of complete strangers but Erin did it with grace and style. Would definitely recommend Chef Erin and the entire experience !

We had an amazing at-home Italian cooking class experience. Chef Erin brought everything needed and guided us through each dish with clear, step-by-step instructions. We started with a fresh Caprese salad, followed by perfectly seasoned crispy fried shrimp. The highlight was learning how to make handmade pasta from scratch—it was easier than expected and so satisfying. The pasta was beautifully complemented by a rich, flavorful tomato sauce. We ended with a classic tiramisu that was light, creamy, and absolutely delicious. The class was fun, hands-on, and left us with new skills we can use again. It was a perfect way to spend the evening and a great option for a special night in.

Chef Erin was a pleasure to have in our home. She taught us that making exquisite dishes such as homemade pasta and tiramisu are not as intimidating as they seem. She made our first anniversary special and went the extra mile and took photos of us in the process so we can look back on the memories we made. We would love to cook with her again!
