Amazing! Did a class with my family, honestly really good experience!

Great sushi tips. Loved the lesson in cucumber slicing, plating rules of the wasbi, wagu beef and fresh lobster. He easily handled special food accommodations and our crazy kids and dogs. We also got a few tips re Japanese knives. We'd do it again! Thanks Chef Justin!

We loved our experience with Chef Justin. The sushi we made was delicious, and it was incredible to learn technique from such a patient teacher. My 13 year old nephew participated with us and he absolutely loved it too. I would recommend this experience and Chef Justin most highly.

We had a great experience with Chef Justin! I would recommend Chef Justin time and time again to friends and family. I surprised my girlfriend with a sushi making night and we had a fantastic experience. Chef Justin was on time and prepared with all ingredients and supplies. He worked with us to accommodate my girlfriend who had gluten and dairy allergies and have similar rolls and sauces she could consume. He set up and prepared in our kitchen space well. He was friendly, joking, but also very serious and focused on his craft. It was so fun to see his technique and skills and he was a great teacher, letting hs try our hand at cutting and rolling. We ate a multiple course meal and both of us LOVED it. The sushi was so fresh and so good. I couldn’t recommend this more to others. Thank you to Chef Justin for such a fun experience!

BOOK Chef Justin without hesitation! I initially reached out to Chef Mademaster and was disappointed. I booked, he cancelled a week after, I asked for an explanation in the messages and he NEVER responded. Very rude. I then found Chef Justin and it was a WONDERFUL experience. Chef Justin was on time and exceeded our expectations in every way possible. He was able to customize the menu for me (I'm vegan my friend isn't) he had multiple options that were tasty. Hiring Chef Justin was one of the best decisions we made for our event. If you're looking for a private chef who goes above and beyond to deliver an unforgettable culinary experience, look no further. He's also funny! Chef Justin was amazing!!! I booked this as a surprise for my boyfriend for our anniversary because we both love sushi and cooking. He came very prepared and organized. He was an amazing teacher, and he catered to all of our requests! He started with a tuna, crab, salmon, avacado cucumber roll with edamame. Then we made a spicy shrimp roll. After he prepared an amazing lobster, cucumber, avacado roll with freshly seared steak on top. It was AMAZING! He even added in extra steak nigiri for us. He ended with vanilla, matcha, and strawberry mochi. Overall 11/10 experience and I would recommend to anyone!!

Chef Justin is phenomenal. His expertise patience, and skills truly made our sushi making class unforgettable. We had such a wonderful time with him, made great conversation, and made a delicious dinner together. The fish was high-quality, and he even made a little side meal for our puppy at home. Chef Justin is very funny and engaging. He taught us some sushi making techniques and had more than enough sushi for two meals. Best sushi I have ever had and we walked away having learned a few tricks that we are planning to try on our own.

We had a wonderful evening with Chef Justin. His Surf and Turf Sushi was absolutely delicious and it came with delicious surprise additions that were not on the menu. We all agreed it was the best sushi that we have had (and we are all sushi fans). Chef Justin was a great teacher -- walking us through the steps and techniques to shop for and prepare the sushi. He was a gracious and communicative host and made the evening an enjoyable and special experience. We would highly recommend Chef Justin, the food and the experience.
