Chef Josh will take you on a tour of the Bay Area's incredible seafood with a luxurious 4-course tasting menu. From a refreshing opening of lettuce-wrapped sushi with yuzu ponzu jelly to a richly satisfying green tea-pistachio tiramisu, you'll have a chance to taste flavors from Japan, China, and Thailand with nods to Chef Josh's time in Italy and North Africa.
Chef Josh invites guests to bring their own wine or beer, and is happy to provide recommendations for pairings.
