Chef Diane is awesome! Her pumpkin pie looked so rustic and made her beautiful home smell heavenly. She also taught us some genius Paleo tricks. Diane is such a professional and I learned so much from her. Definitely a great experience!

What a fun class! Chef Diane knows a ton about paleo cooking and dining, and is a wealth of knowledge about different techniques. She lives and teaches in a beautiful space, perfect for groups, and is a highly engaging and entertaining teacher. Can't wait for my next foray into paleo cooking!
