Brewery Tour - Central Ballard Brewery Tour

Sample seasonal brews, from old world classics to contemporary sips, on this guided tour.

In the center of the highest concentration of craft breweries in the world, you will visit three breweries that represent historic beer styles, bold, new imaginings and the Northwest beer styles that made Seattle the leader in the Craft Beer Renaissance.

At each stop, enjoy a guided beer tasting, sampling four, 4-5oz beers for a total of 12 different beers, all while learning about the brewing process, different beer styles and what to look for when tasting beer. On the last stop, you will be able to go in the back and tour the brewing operation for a closer look at how the brews are made. Along with the beers, each participant will receive a unique gift bag!

Though not a brewer himself, Guide Tim began exploring brewing culture at age 21. He discovered the art of craft beer traveling through Europe and ultimately landed in Seattle just as the microbrewing movement was launching. His belief that “life is too short for bad beer” led him to create local pub crawls and tours for friends. Now, Guide Tim shares his love of worthy brews by leading brewery tours in and around the Seattle area.
