Team Building - Classic French Feast
In this hands-on team building class, Chef Kathy will guide you and your team in creating a seriously impressive, classy, and classic French feast.
You and your team will work your way through a three-course menu that begins with a savory twice baked soufflé. The main course features a classic chicken breast roulade stuffed with duxelles and served alongside haricot verts. Prepare yourselves for dessert: a delectable apple tart with a smooth filling balanced by a perfectly crunchy topping.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
