The class opens by crafting a classic Caprese salad with fresh Mozzarella, ripe tomatoes, basil, olive oil, balsamic and lemon zest. Then moving into the heart of the experience – handmade pasta. Each guest chooses between truffle Ricotta stuffed ravioli with basil pesto or hand-rolled tagliatelle with a rich meat sauce. She completed the American Culinary Federation Chef Apprenticeship program and has since focused on building her toolbox of culinary skills. Now, Chef Maggie offers her unique and culturally inspired skill set in cooking classes that awaken the senses with comfortable menus that also evoke curiosity and surprise.
