Teammates will collaborate to make an upscale menu with Chef Joseph.
Your team will love working with Chef Joseph to master new culinary techniques and sample local flavors in these gourmet recipes. Guests will craft and enjoy a meal together under this professional chef's guidance.
In this class, teammates will learn how to prepare buttered clams on alfredo toast, and Vietnamese salad with local salmon. Using Uli's famous sausage, guests will make a savory market pasta they'll want to recreate again and again at home. For dessert, teammates will share elegant roasted pears served with Kahlua cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We cooked with Chef Joseph for a team building activity and had so much fun cooking and creating together - you can really get to know someone by seeing how they cook! Thank you so much, Chef Joseph for such a delightful and delicious experience!

Chef Joseph was fantastic! Very personable and informative. We had him give us a BBQ class. It was a little hectic here with young children running around, but he kept it all in stride. I would definitely use Chef Joe again!

I spent years working with great chefs from all over the US and Madrid, from restaurants, to hotels, to private clubs and everything in between. In 2014, I started my own business and in 2015 was voted #1 Seattle Personal Chef and one of the Top 5 Best Seattle Wedding Caterers. I then expanded my services from weekly meals to catering and cooking classes. In addition to my culinary work, helping local non-profits like RMHC Seattle, Orphans Africa, and Coats for Kids is another focus of mine.
