If you’ve always wanted to learn the time-honored techniques of making your own pasta from scratch, then this team building class is for you. Chef Ricky has years of professional cooking experience and is ready to pass his knowledge on for use in your own kitchen.
You and your teammates will begin the class preparing a warm and fluffy focaccia bread before your foray into pasta creation. Chef Ricky will then show the ropes as you whip up fresh pasta worthy of an Italian Sunday supper, topped with a creamy lemon herb sauce and Kumato tomatoes. Complete the meal decadent balsamic berries topped with a lemon mascarpone cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
