Serve a mouth-watering, three-course, home-made meal and still find time to be the perfect host and entertain your guests with Chef Ricky’s kitchen tricks. In this team building class, you will learn the recipes to herb-stuffed turkey breasts, cornbread stuffing, warm green bean salad, and cranberry tartlets. After your hard work in the kitchen, sit down to enjoy your creations with your team.
A true culinary enthusiast, Ricky is mainly a self-taught chef who aims to demystify the cooking process and decipher intimidating recipes for his students. Chef Ricky will share knowledge of kitchen safety and classic techniques to allow even the most amateur of students to feel confident in their cooking abilities.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Ricky is so much fun you will never want your class to end! His simple mousse's and foules will spice up any party and wow your guests. This class is just a lot of fun and Ricky is a font of information. Highly recommended.

Being mostly self taught, I strive to make it easy to create amazing dishes. I teach everything from basic knife skills to making cheese from scratch and I give guidance every step of the way. My classes are super fun and simple to follow. I have made it my mission to teach delicious dishes students previously thought were out of their reach.
