Start by honing your knife skills with creamy avocado, ripe tomatoes and bright citrus, then let your group loose with an exciting spread of mix-ins — juicy mango, smoky habanero, sweet corn and fiery green chili. Each team will dice, mash and taste their way to the ultimate dip combination. With a spread of tortilla chips and crunchy vegetables for dipping, everyone can sample and celebrate their creations – but only one can be the best!

This experience is fully mobile and beginner-friendly, so you can host it anywhere: your office, event space or one of our partner venues in Portland. No kitchen is needed and all necessary materials, including food ingredients and cooking tools, are provided for the class. Please note that travel fees may apply beyond the city center.
All necessary utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. Chefs are able to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.
