Sarah was fantastic! It was so much fun to learn a new meal from her and to spend some time with her. She’s very personable and knowledgeable. I’d do this again any time!

Sarah was friendly, knowledgeable and very easy to have as a guest in our home. Loved her personality and enjoyed her teaching style. However, there were a couple of details that could have made the experience better. Sarah noticed as she unpacked her bags, that she had forgotten an important ingredient for the meal, so I ran to the store to pick it up for her. I did offer to do so. She was already running late from grabbing a missing ingredient on the way to our home. Also, she used all of my kitchen equipment, food processor, mixer, cooking pans, racks, mixing bowl etc. to prepare the meal. That was not a problem, but I had been told the chef came with almost all needed equipment. However, I must say that I did ask via messaging, if she needed anything. Also, at the end of the meal she talked about how tired she was from teaching a sushi class before our scheduled dinner and wanted to dash home and get off her feet. were in the dining room eating and did not notice, until after she departed and we walked back into the kitchen, that she had NOT cleaned up anything in the kitchen; all was just left as it was used; equipment, counter tops, spills on floor. It took my husband & I, 1.5 hours to do all the clean up after our meal, rather then doing it as we cooked or at least wiping counters, stovetop, equipment as it was used and easier to clean. Olive oil splatters, rings on counter tops, garlic peels all over floor, pots & pans not rinsed or put in sink. We really enjoyed Sarah and the class & food was fun & yummy‼️. Clean up afterwards would have made the experience even better. What is your usual policy? We received a gift card from Cozymeals, so had no details on what to expect. Many thanks for a fun evening experience
