You'll start by learning how to create fresh egg-based pasta dough from scratch with guidance from a world-class chef. Once your dough is ready, the kitchen becomes a competitive space as teams craft original dishes using homemade marinara and Alfredo sauces, along with a bounty of mix-ins, such as sausage, shrimp, mushrooms, chicken and spinach. With creativity and collaboration on full display, each group will cook, plate and present their signature pasta to be judged on taste and teamwork.
