Once your dough is ready, the kitchen becomes a competitive space as teams craft original dishes using homemade marinara and Alfredo sauces, along with a bounty of mix-ins, such as sausage, shrimp, mushrooms, chicken and spinach. With creativity and collaboration on full display, each group will cook, plate and present their signature pasta to be judged on taste and teamwork. This experience is fully mobile and beginner-friendly, so you can host it anywhere: your office, event space or one of our partner venues in Orlando. Chef Mark was absolutely amazing and so helpful, we had the best time making sushi with him and he was so knowledgeable on everything. He was especially helpful when you needed and gave us all the recipes so you can make it at home too. We totally recommend Chef Mark and his classes for anyone wanting to have a fun time and learn to cook something new, we’re already looking into our next class with him!
