Team up to compete for best roll using bold ingredients and traditional sushi-making techniques.

Master the art of sushi-making with this fun team building activity that heats up the kitchen with a little friendly competition. With guidance from a world-class chef, you’ll receive expert tips on seasoning sushi rice, working with nori and preparing fresh ingredients. Divide your group into teams to craft two sushi favorites – California rolls and shrimp tempura rolls. Armed with new skills and an array of sweet and savory mix-ins, such as pineapple and Sriracha mayo, teams will then create a signature roll for a exciting culinary competition judged on originality, presentation and taste.

Perfect for birthdays, celebrations or any special gathering, this flavorful experience brings people together one bite at a time.

This experience is fully mobile and beginner-friendly, so you can host it anywhere: your office, event space or one of our partner venues in Baltimore. Chef Malik provided a fun and easy take on pasta making and really showed us how easy it is to do on your own, He had insightful tips and easy to understand instructions to make us successful. Plus, it turned out great!! 10/10 would recommend the "Sauce Boss"
