What You'll Do

Fill the table with a stunning spread your team can create and enjoy together.

Invite your team to an exciting team-building cooking class outside the office. They will discover how to elevate their culinary skills with traditional techniques and fresh ingredients as they work together to make four courses of elevated comfort foods. All skill levels are welcome as an expert chef leads you through each recipe step-by-step. Whether crafting handmade pasta for an Italian feast or grilling the perfect steak, your colleagues are sure to sharpen both their cooking talents and their collaborative skills.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I attended a sushi cooking class recently and wanted to share my experience. The class itself was fun, and the sushi we made was tasty. However, at no fault to the chef, the large class size detracted from the learning experience, making it difficult to receive personalized instruction. While the class wasn't designed for mastering sushi making, the nearly three-hour session still felt rushed, and I left without a solid grasp of the basics I hoped to learn. A smaller class size would likely provide a more focused and enriching experience.

It turned out okay but I had to ask for verification that we were in the right class. So I am disappointed that I did not get the cozy meal experience I thought I had signed up for. Other then that the food was great and the chef was entertaining.

Really fun and busy class making pad Thai, deep fried lemongrass corn fritters, shrimp curry, and enjoying coconut rice afterwards, in a group of 12. It was nice to review knife skills as well. Great date or special occasion activity

Overall very informative. Adult only class would be a nice option.. Chef had amazing experience, very informative and knowledgeable. Should have a 5 min late policy. Late guests distracting. Would have liked a little quicker pace. Overall Very great seat up. Definitely an experience.

Overall, the class was really fun! In a way I wish it was a tiny bit more challenging. It felt like we did a few knife cuts, then took a break and then cooked a bit before eating. All in all, I wish it had been a bit more difficult or ""fast"" pace wise. The food we made was really good, except for the pad thai which was disappointing. Also would be super nice to make a dessert!"

The class was easy to follow, and I feel the recipes will be easy to replicate at home. This class should be 3 hrs long, not 2. The dough didn't have enough time to rise and didn't have enough time to bake. My focaccia bread wound up burning because the instructor was moving on with the class and the bread didn't get out of the oven fast enough.

The French croissants class was excellent. Chef Eric was very helpful and the experience was great. Be prepared for an engaging hands-on class We learned a lot and had fun. The final products (sweet and savory croissants) were delicious.

The Cozymeal experience was horrible. we enjoyed our chef and did a good job hosting the class but dealing with Cozymeal was unpleasant. - have food allergies? too bad, not only are you forced to work with the ingredients, THEY WON'T TELL YOU WHAT THEY ARE BEFOREHAND. - need to reschedule? too bad, lose your money. - need to communicate with the chef? too bad, all communications go through Cozymeal. i would consider another class but would book directly with and skip this service.

I give it this rating because they didn't tell me they were going to use alcohol for the dish. I don't drink but I spent so much money so I felt compelled to because of it. Honestly I wish this was optional not something that was apart of the main dish I thought that would be better. Overall I enjoyed but I'm thinking of trying another sushi class else where so I can get a better experience since this one was okay. My advice if anything very if they will add and alcoholic substances. Though they don't really cater to allergies because I asked and they said no. The chef said she was on Benadryl because of her allergies to seafood but overall I enjoyed the learning just wish I didn't have to spend so much on a class like this.
