Encourage your team to explore and enjoy the world of pasta-making in this dynamic team building activity. The adventure will begin with Chef Jimmy showcasing the art of making homemade pasta by hand, along with the secrets to crafting three classic sauces from scratch.

Then, your team will break into groups, each eager to try their hand at rolling and shaping their own fresh pasta dough. The creativity will flow as each group experiments with a variety of ingredients to concoct their own sauces. The competition will heat up as dishes will be judged on their visual appeal, originality and taste. But remember, win or lose, everyone gets to enjoy delightful pasta dishes.

Following his military service, Chef Jimmy pursued his culinary passion by attending cooking school, and was recognized as a "certified culinarian" by the American Culinary Federation after his apprenticeship. He has worked at some of the nation's top establishments, like the Ritz Carlton Hotel and the Allison, and in 2013, Chef Jimmy was honored as one of the "Best Chefs in Louisiana" and was chosen by fellow chefs as a promising "young gun" in the culinary world.
