WHAT YOU’LL DO
Master the delicate art of dumplings with your colleagues in a fun, hands-on experience.
Invigorate your team with a dash of friendly competition in this dumpling-making team building activity. The session will start with Chef Jimmy demonstrating the intricate process of filling, folding and perfectly balancing the ingredients in dumplings.
Then, your team will don their aprons and split into groups, ready to tackle the dumpling-making challenge. Each group will use their collective creativity to make unforgettable dumplings from a range of fresh ingredients, putting their new skills to the test. Each team's dumplings will be evaluated for quality and flavor, culminating in the crowning of the top dumpling-making team.
Then, your team will don their aprons and split into groups, ready to tackle the dumpling-making challenge. Each group will use their collective creativity to make unforgettable dumplings from a range of fresh ingredients, putting their new skills to the test. Each team's dumplings will be evaluated for quality and flavor, culminating in the crowning of the top dumpling-making team.

Chef Jimmy and his soux chef Henry were phenomenal. We couldn’t have failed if we tried. With proper instructions and attention we made excellent dumplings.

Chef Jimmy was great however the venue was poor. Most cooking classes you are more involved and can see and hear the chef as they cook. Didn’t feel very sanitary in the middle of a brewery. Table was too short and hurt the back. Chairs were a joke. I do not feel the class was worth the money at all.

Chef Jimmy did an excellent job teaching us how to make Dim Sum Dumplings. The venue was sub par as it was in the back of a brewery and did not have proper work surfaces and seemed unclean. Jimmy did the best he could do with the area he had to work with.
