Teams looking for a tasty time in the kitchen will adore this collaborative session.

Get things heated up among your crew members with a team building experience where flavor rules. You'll have a sweet time discovering how well your team can work together in a delicious new environment. They'll craft a collaborative meal that may include handmade ravioli and pappardelle for an upscale Italian menu or a platter of hush puppies served with beans and rice and other authentic Louisiana dishes.

Chef Peter's culinary journey may have begun in Northern California, but it's taken him around the U.S., with stops in D.C. and Nantucket. He honed his talent in well-regarded eateries, eventually rising to the level of executive chef. His restaurant experience includes a stint at the Watergate Hotel. Now happily settled in Seattle, Chef Peter is often found sharing his skills in cooking classes and with local and national nonprofits.
