Team Building Activity - Elevated Mexican Seafood Fare
In this team building cooking class, Chef Blake will guide you as you create the fresh, zesty flavors of Mexican coastal cuisine. With each dish, your group will practice culinary techniques while the chef shares helpful tips.
After enjoying a vibrant chile-lime crab salad prepared by the chef, you’ll step into the kitchen to prepare refreshing cucumber-avocado gazpacho followed by crispy beer-battered cod tacos with colorful pickled cabbage slaw and handmade tortillas. For dessert, dive into making creamy ricotta, honey and thyme ice cream topped with a bright medley of citrus supremes.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
