Boost team spirit within your office with an exciting pizza competition, Neapolitan style!

Join Chef Paco for an interactive competition-style team building cooking class where you'll learn the timeless techniques to make authentic Neapolitan pizza.

Start by composing a caprese salad with tomatoes, mozzarella and basil. For the featured course, you'll create homemade pizza dough and transform it into an authentic Neapolitan pizza using different topping combinations, including tomato or white sauce, mushrooms, anchovies, pepperoni, jalapeños, pineapple and more. The best pizza wins! Finally, combine the flavors of seasonal fruit, ricotta cheese and balsamic reduction for a creamy dessert.

Guests are welcome to purchase wine and beer from the venue.

10/10 great experience! this was set up so well, we were worried about going into a strangers house and worried that it would be a lot of work but Paco is the best host! He makes everyone feel at home and taken care of and the class was the perfect ratio of cooking and enjoying!
