What You’ll Do

Create authentic and vibrant flavors of the Mediterranean from scratch with your team.

During this interactive team building cooking class with Chef Timothy, your colleagues will work together to learn how to handcraft a variety of traditional dishes from the Mediterranean.

Begin with homemade hummus, crudités and pita bread that's been prepared in advance by Chef Timothy for you to enjoy while cooking spiced lamb gyros that pair perfectly with a creamy yogurt tzatziki sauce. Your team will also make herby tabbouleh with parsley, mint and olive oil, couscous cooked with pine nuts and Parmesan cheese, and an authentic citrusy crema catalana for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
