Team Building Activity - Mexican Street Food 101

Bring your team together to learn techniques and flavor combinations to handcraft Mexican street food.

Experience the colors and ingredients of Mexican street food in this guided team building cooking class with Chef David. Groups will get hands-on practice while making a spread of authentic food.

Discover how easy it is to fry your own tortilla chips, which you'll enjoy with scratch-made fire-roasted salsa. Next, knead dough before hand-stuffing beef empanadas, served with herbaceous and fresh chimichurri. Then, a street food favorite: Elotes made from smoked corn and sprinkled with toppings. For dessert, your team will fry up sweet and pillowy churros.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Had such a great time learning from and getting to know Chef David. He made for an easy and fun experience using kitchen utensils/tools that you would have around your own home. Not to mention the meal at the end was absolutely delicious and we even got to leave with leftovers! I would highly recommend Chef David for your first CozyMeal experience!
