Victory goes to the team with the best kitchen skills in this gourmet cooking competition.
Join Chef Timothy in the kitchen for a fun-filled team building cooking class with a dash of rivalry. He'll lead your group in a French culinary lesson while challenging them to create their own magnificent dishes.
After preparing the perfect French onion soup, your crew will break into three smaller teams to take on the challenge of handcrafting three entrées that will be enjoyed by all, including a medium-rare steak with garlic compound butter, lemony salmon with capers, and Dijon chicken with earthy mushrooms. The friendly competition closes with a classic apple tart tatin.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
French Onion Soup
With gruyère, sourdough baguette, wine and bone broth
Perfect Medium Rare Filet Mignon
With tellicherry pepper, rosemary, garlic compound butter and kosher salt
Salmon Meuniere
With seasoned flour, lemon and capers
Dijon Chicken Fricassee
With mushrooms and herbs
Lyonnaise Potatoes
Fresh Asparagus
With thyme, parsley and rosemary
Apple Tarte Tatin
With caramel, puff pastry, spices and ice cream

Chef Timothy is living his childhood dream as a personal chef and culinary instructor in Nashville. With past experience that includes teaching cooking classes for kids and working as a private chef, Chef Timothy is an engaging teacher for all ages and skill levels. He loves to cook international cuisine as well as classic southern fare, and his goal is to bring the life-giving joy of wonderful food to every guest.
