Test your charcuterie board-making skills in this hands-on team building cooking class with Chef Greg. With his expert guidance, you'll learn the secrets for composing your own incredible boards while competing against colleagues in friendly culinary competition!
You'll begin by assembling tomato-basil skewers dressed with balsamic-olive oil drizzle, making seeded lavash crackers and marinating olives. Then, prepare your boards with a selection of salami, prosciutto and bresaola, as well as cheese and grapes. Enjoy a showcase of your hard work before tasting what you and your team have created.
Guests are welcome to purchase alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from the venue's Bellini bar.
