Team Building Activity - Classic Vietnamese

Gather around the table for a thrilling exploration of Vietnamese cuisine.

Inspire your team's creativity and attention to detail in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Daniel teaches guests to design and craft colorful and robust dishes full of authentic Vietnamese flavor.

Teams begin by rolling fresh spring rolls with briny shrimp, bright herbs and refreshing cucumbers. For the centerpiece of the meal, develop a savory broth with vermicelli noodles for a hearty pho. Each guest can personalize his or her pho with optional toppings. Finally, prepare a creamy coconut chia pudding featuring zesty lime and nutty sesame for a sweet ending that showcases the tropical flavors of Vietnam.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This was a fun (and delicious) class and we all learned a lot. Chef Daniel taught us knife skills and details about how to prep and use the herbs and other ingredients including some new to us sauces that made the meal. There was plenty of food and we all took some home. I would do it again for sure.

Daniel was a fantastic instructor who taught my boyfriend and I some good techniques and created a delicious meal. He was welcoming and had an extremely well kept kitchen and dining room that created an inviting atmosphere. We loved the four courses we made and couldn't wait for him to send us the recipes. A great experience and one I would definitely recommend
