In this hands-on team building class with Chef Peter, you and your team will learn how to prepare a three-course Southeast Asian menu using both familiar and exotic ingredients and traditional Southeast Asian cooking techniques.
You and your team will begin by working together to handcraft shrimp lettuce rolls. Then, Chef Peter will teach you the skills needed to prepare a traditional Southeast Asian spicy and tangy fried noodle dish with tofu. Lastly, you and your team will work together to prepare a luscious mango coconut sticky rice for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
